The foods you eat can have a major impact on your femininity!  Get on Sissy Diet! Easy said then done.  Yet, it all starts with the diet.  One must be in control of what ‘she’ eats.  How can it be possible if you are a submissive sissy?  Then, you just got lucky by come across my website. I will control on What to eat and most importantly How?  

Sissy Diet – How:

Take small steps and take your time to adjust to each step.  You will be changing your eating habits slowly moving to more greens and fiber.  For exercise, I recommend lots of cardio. Light running on a treadmill or riding a bike are good daily routines and dance a lot.  Both cardio and dancing are great for stamina training. You need stamina training if you plan to either show off your dance moves, or if you’re going to get fucked a lot. Reduce your sleep time to 4 to 6 hours per day. Stay out of the sun and and avoid meat and cheese and cholesterol in general. This will disrupt your testosterone production you’ll be a sexy wimpy thing in no time.

Sissy Diet – What:
